So I heard about this itty bitty convention in Bridgewater NJ, on May 19th. This is taken directly from their website:
"CloverCon is a small, non profit, New Jersey anime convention run by the Somerset County 4-H Anime and Manga Club! We've got an Artist Alley/Dealer Room, game room, manga library, panels, and much more! "
So I thought, wow, I should just gather a bunch of deviant people and go raid this thing!
It seems like a close to being dead con, but with a group of fun cosplayers (or fun people in general), the con can be turned into something sweet I think.
It'll be a small get together (or large if we all just GO), before the big AnimeNext in June.
Because there was no MangaNext this year, I have been craving to see cosplayers and have fun with them too.
Maybe it's something to think about? But it can be like a cosplay get together... But at a small convention setting.. .o.
And I think it's free? But I can be lying. c:
Also! They are trying to build a 'Saikoucon' for August, and they are making a lot of hype out of it, saying it will turn into the tri-states must go to con.
They also have a website, and are seeking donations to help make it the best con ever (I hope it replaces comic con for me, because I no longer have fun there >.<).
But this is all just an idea!
I'd love to have fun together at this Clovercon if you can make it!
Seems cheap as can be, and adorable. c:

I'd totally want to meet fellow Jersey cosplayers!
